Are you a real factory or a trading company?
We have our own R&D and production teams and build the structure, electronics, software and capsule formulas ourselves. The direct way to check is the production line and QC process - we can arrange an online factory walkthrough during commercial discussions.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
In OEM we build to your specification, with your brand on the exterior, packaging and labels. In ODM we provide the design and you choose the configuration, change branding and localize. We do both; minimum order and development time differ.
What is usually customized?
Typically the exterior and colour scheme, interface language and payment methods, drink formulas and cup formats, and dashboard report fields. Changes touching structure or circuitry depend on tooling and certification cost - not every request is worth doing.
Which international certifications do you hold?
We provide certification documents for the target market; the written schedule is authoritative. We do not list every item here, to avoid outdated information misleading a project decision.
Can we start with a small trial order?
Yes, by project stage: samples or a small batch first, then volume. Minimum order and production slots are written into the contract, not promised verbally.
