Certification: What We Publish, and How You Check It

In one line: "It is certified" answers four separate questions - which certificate, which model, who submitted it for testing, and whether it is still valid - and only the certificate number lets you verify all four.

Key facts: Published documents: CE / RED conformity AT18220WC400510, CQC CQC24009425145 and CQC24009457449, CCC test report C-00401-J2411QM-017513, ISO 9001 for the manufacturing entity. Scope and validity are as recorded by the issuing body; the full documentation pack is released on request.

Four questions behind one word

When a buyer asks whether a machine is certified, the honest answer is rarely a single yes. It is four answers: which type of certificate it is, which exact model it covers, who submitted the machine for testing, and whether the document is still in date. A supplier who answers "all of them" has not answered any of them.

This page does not interpret regulations and does not tell you what your market requires - that depends on your country, your installation method and the authority that oversees it. What it does instead is publish the documents we hold, with numbers you can verify, and give you the three checks that turn a vague claim into a recorded fact.

Beyond the table, the company also holds export-market documentation including FCC and RoHS, plus third-party test reports per model, and food-contact documentation covering LFGB and FDA. Machines have been supplied to customers in more than a hundred countries and regions.

Certificate numbers, scope and validity are exactly as recorded by the issuing body, and that record is the one that counts. Where a machine is configured differently from the standard build - different voltage, a different payment module, a different screen - ask in writing whether the existing certificate still covers it.

Three checks you can run yourself

  1. Match the type to your question. A plumbed-in installation is answered by water-side documentation, not by an electrical safety report, however complete that report is. Decide what you are actually worried about first, then ask for that document.
  2. Match the model, character by character. Compare the model on the document with the model on the machine nameplate and the one on your contract. Different configurations inside the same series can carry different test results, and this is the single most common mismatch.
  3. Record the number and the date. Write down the certificate or report number, check it through the issuing or testing body's own channel, and note the validity date. Then put one sentence in your acceptance record: which type, which model, which number, checked on what date, by whom.

That one sentence is worth more to you than a folder of scans. When a site manager changes, when an auditor asks, or when you buy again, the sentence is the artefact that holds up.

Equipment paperwork and the right to operate are two different tracks

Delays in this industry rarely come from the machine. They come from treating these two tracks as one: assuming that because the equipment documents are complete, the site can open. They are separate, they have separate owners, and they should be started at the same time.

Equipment sideOperating side
Question it answersDoes the machine itself meet the relevant requirementsCan this site trade at all
Who provides the documentsThe equipment supplierThe operator or the site owner, under local rules
Typical actionCollect and check documents, file them with the machineComplete site registration and trading formalities as required
Who carries itAs agreed in the contractAs local rules and the actual operating entity require

Three vague answers and how to follow them up

What you hearWhere it falls shortHow to follow up
"We have all of them"No type and no model behind the claimAsk type by type, and check each model against the nameplate
"The whole series is covered"Configuration inside a series can differAsk for the document that carries your contract model, or a written statement
"It is in progress"No date attached to the promiseAsk for the milestone and the expected date, and agree a deadline for the document

None of these three answers is necessarily a problem. They are simply not acceptance evidence. Whatever comes back from the follow-up goes into the acceptance record, and afterwards you have something to point at.

Common questions

Which certificates does DOZZON actually publish for its drink machines?

The table on this page lists them with numbers: CE / RED conformity AT18220WC400510, CQC CQC24009425145 for the DZ-KFJ-C2 and CQC24009457449 for the DZ-KFJX-C1, the CCC test report C-00401-J2411QM-017513 for the DZ-KFJT-C1 and DZ-KFJT-C4, and ISO 9001 for the manufacturing entity. FCC, RoHS, LFGB and FDA documentation is also held and released as part of the documentation pack.

Does a CE certificate let me sell the machine anywhere in Europe?

No, and no single document does. The documents on this page show what the equipment was tested against; what your market requires depends on your country, the installation and the authority that oversees it. Check the scope on the certificate and confirm the local requirement separately - do not treat a certificate as a licence to trade.

My configuration is not the standard build. Is the certificate still valid for it?

Ask in writing, and expect to re-test if the change touches what was tested. A different voltage, payment module or screen can move a machine outside the configuration that was submitted. This is why we ask for the final configuration sheet before quoting.

Can I see the scans before I place an order?

Yes. The documentation pack, including certificate scans and per-model test reports, is released on request. Bid submissions, marketplace onboarding and overseas due diligence are the usual reasons buyers ask, and all three are routine.

How do I verify a certificate number?

Through the issuing or testing body's own channel, using the number on the document. Record the number, the date you checked it and who checked it, and put that sentence in the acceptance record - that record is what survives a change of site manager or an audit.

Is the food-contact side covered?

Food-contact documentation covering LFGB and FDA is held for the parts that meet the drink. Ask for the material list for the parts in your configuration, because coverage follows the part, not the machine as a whole.

Is any of this legal advice?

No. This page publishes documents and describes a checking method. It does not interpret regulations and does not state what is legally required in your market. For that, use your own counsel or the authority that oversees your installation.

Summary

Ask for the document that matches your question, check the model against your contract, record the number - and if the machine is configured differently from the standard build, say so before you order rather than after it lands.

See the machines on the product overview and the published figures in the four-model specification table, or request the documentation pack through the contact page.
