Juice machines: capsule juice, four models and their specifications

No fruit to wash, nothing to dismantle, and a steady cup rhythm

The hard part of juice was never the pressing but the cleaning and the waste: fresh-press equipment has to be dismantled daily, and fruit oxidises within two days. The capsule format removes both - 168 capsules across 14 lanes, where restocking simply means swapping capsules and there is no pulp to deal with.

Four machine formats, one capsule system

Six of the eight categories - coffee, beverage, juice, milk tea, tea and herbal - share one hardware platform: countertop, hot, iced-hot and outdoor iced-hot. They differ in body structure, screen size, whether there is ice-making and outdoor protection, and which capsules go in. The table below gives the published specifications for all four.

The hot, iced-hot and outdoor models share the floor-standing platform; the outdoor version adds dust and rain protection and a wider temperature range. Electrical data, dimensions and IP rating follow the project configuration sheet. Prices are quoted per configuration and are not listed here.

Where a juice machine works

Malls and cinemas

Shoppers want a drink in hand, not a wait at a press. A cup in tens of seconds with no queue is the whole point at these sites.

Gyms and pools

Immediate consumption after exercise: three to five SKUs are enough, and the priorities are cold drinks and speed.

Campuses and schools

Breaks and lunch windows are short. At 168 capsules the machine covers a peak without a mid-session refill.

Four questions before choosing

  1. Whether you need real fruit texture: the capsule format is reconstituted juice, so sites wanting pulp and fibre should say so up front.
  2. How much of revenue is summer: sites driven by cold drinks should go straight to the iced-hot model.
  3. Cups per day: under 40 the countertop is enough; over 60 use the 168-capsule floor unit.
  4. Consumables: capsule price × cups per day is the main variable cost of the business.

FAQ

Is the juice freshly pressed
It is capsule-brewed, not pressed on site. That removes cleaning, pulp and fruit waste, giving more consistent output and a steadier cup rhythm.
How many juices fit in one machine
Fourteen lanes hold 14 SKUs; five to eight varieties is common, with the remaining lanes repeating popular ones.
How does it compare in cost with fresh-press equipment
More on hardware, less on labour and waste. Fresh-press equipment must be dismantled daily, the capsule machine does not, and fruit spoilage disappears.
Can it serve iced drinks
Yes - choose the iced-hot model (DZ-KFJX-C1), which has a 3.9 kg ice bin.
