1. Product Pricing
Product prices vary by model, configuration and order quantity. All quotations are FOB Shenzhen / EXW factory prices, excluding shipping, duties and taxes. Quotations are valid for 30 days; reconfirmation may be required after expiry. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders shall be confirmed via email or in writing. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit (T/T) upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Large or custom orders may have different payment terms as specified in the contract. Payments accepted in CNY and USD.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Standard product orders from stock typically ship within 7-15 business days; custom orders 20-45 business days, as specified in the contract. Supports sea, air, express and rail shipping; transport method selected by the customer. Shipping costs borne by the buyer. Wooden crate packaging ensures transport safety.
4. After-Sales Warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty (from the shipping date). Free replacement of non-human-damaged parts during the warranty period. Consumable parts (seals, filters, etc.) are not covered. Lifetime technical support including remote diagnostics, operation guidance and software upgrades.
5. OEM/ODM Cooperation
Full OEM/ODM services including exterior design, branding, software interface, and capsule flavor customization. Flexible MOQ negotiable; NDA protection for client designs. Direct factory production ensures quality control and competitive pricing.
